RENTAL CONDITIONS
The lessee receives the vehicle in perfect working order, which he verifies at the time of taking charge of it; acknowledging being informed of the type of fuel that the vehicle needs and committing to return said vehicle in the same conditions in which it was received.
The lessee undertakes to pay all the penalties imposed for non-compliance with the traffic rules and to notify the lessor at the time of settlement.
The lessee will be responsible both civilly and criminally for the liability that may arise from the use of the rented vehicle and under no circumstances may he engage in the transport of merchandise, especially if they are illegal.
Regarding the provisions of the previous article, the lessee is insured against civil liability against third parties through an insurance policy arranged with the lessor with an Insurance Company, and against damage to persons in the measures and conditions established in the Compulsory Insurance Regulations. .
The lessee agrees to carry the document issued by this company, to display it if required by the Authority or person of this Company.
The rental house reserves the right not to rent the vehicles if, in its opinion, it deems it convenient. Likewise, the rental company may withdraw the leased vehicle if the lessee misuses it, or if the vehicle is driven in inferior physical conditions due to alcohol, drugs, fatigue or illness.
Under no circumstances will it be allowed to sublease or drive the rented vehicle to persons other than the contracting client, except with the express consent of the lessor.
MINIMUM AGE: 21 years and 2 years of experience for all groups and 25 years and 3 years of experience for groups 2,3,4,5,M,N.
YOUNG DRIVER: From 21 to 24 years old, due to accidents, they are charged an extra €3 per day and will not be able to take advantage of the franchise exemption.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER (Optional): The fee to include an additional driver is €3/day, up to a maximum of €35.
INCLUDED: VAT, comprehensive insurance (CDW: Insurance that covers damage to the rented car) with excess €500 – €2,500 (depending on the car group), unlimited mileage, port charges, local fees and taxes.
CHILD CHAIRS (OPTIONAL):
Group 0-3 chair, €4/day.
Isofix seat – €6/day.
Elevator – €3/day.
Maximum charge of €54 per unit. Request in observations for the reservation of the required model.
FRANCHISES AND INSURANCE: (Optional to hire when picking up the vehicle)
The loss, theft or damage caused to goods or objects transported in the vehicle are excluded from the basic insurance.
The EXCESS and the exemption from the payment of the excess (SUPER CDW: Insurance that covers damage to the rented car) in case of accident, theft, loss or loss of some of its parts, is detailed below:

If the client leaves the keys inside the locked car, they will be charged €15 for moving the double keys. In the event of an accident, the company will replace the damaged vehicle, if applicable, as long as the rental conditions have not been violated.
OTHER CHARGES:
Payments as a result of inappropriate use by the client: The client, after the end of the vehicle rental, agrees to pay the amounts that are a consequence of the following concepts:
1) Charge for “special cleaning” for the expenses derived from an extra cleaning service as a result of the manifestly inadequate state of the vehicle at the time of its return, with a maximum amount of €150.
2) The charges caused by the loss of documents and vehicle keys, and/or delivery of the set of vehicle keys to the corresponding office, in cases of loss, breakage, return of the vehicle keys in an office other than the effective return of the vehicle, or any other situation in which the vehicle is paralyzed for reasons attributable to the customer for an amount of up to €250.
2b) If the client leaves the keys inside the locked car, they will be charged €15 for moving the double keys.
3) The cost of moving the vehicle with a tow truck in the cases provided for in the various clauses of this Contract.
4) Expenses derived from loss, deterioration or damage to rims, tires (including punctures and blowouts), windows, mirrors, interior of the vehicle, as well as problems derived from an error in the type of fuel refueled.
5) The fines, sanctions and legal expenses motivated by traffic infractions or laws, regulations or ordinances, incurred by the client during the duration of this Contract that have been satisfied.
6) Notwithstanding the foregoing, the company reserves the right to make the client an additional charge of €25 for the administrative costs that it has had to incur as a result of the costs of processing and communication with the relevant authorities of said acts. .
7) The costs of repairing the damage caused to the vehicle in the event of an accident, when any of the following circumstances occur:
– That the vehicle was not used in accordance with the established conditions.
– Driving negligence without making proper use of the vehicle.
– Driving negligence not respecting the traffic laws established by the DGT.
EXTENSION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT:
If you want to extend the rental period that appears in the contract, the following steps must be followed:
Go to the nearest office at least 24 hours before the initial termination of the Rental Agreement. The person in charge will verify that the vehicle is available for the new requested dates.
Carry out a check of the vehicle together with an agent of the company.
Pay rent and new additional charges.
Sign a new Rental Agreement or an addendum to the initial agreement.
In the event that you do not proceed in the terms indicated and do not return the vehicle on the agreed date and time, the customer will be charged the current rate for the extra days plus 50% as a penalty.
The company reserves the right to deny the extension request for operational reasons.
In no case will extensions be made by phone and/or email. It is absolutely essential to carry out the procedure indicated above in any of our offices.
FUEL POLICY:
The fuel policy that will be carried out in the delivery of the vehicle will always be transparent, always trying first to follow a Full – Full policy, the company may opt for other fuel delivery and return policies indicating additional charges at the rental counters made out of fuel. In the event that the lessee returns more, the company undertakes to make a refund for the difference, at the request of the consumer on delivery of the vehicle.
They are the responsibility of the tenant. If the customer makes a mistake with the fuel when refueling, the repair costs(*4) will be charged to the lessee €150 + VAT. The vehicle will be delivered ready to drive and with enough fuel to reach the nearest gas station.
ELECTRIC VEHICLES:
It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain the adequate and sufficient charge of the rented electric vehicle battery at all times.
In case of assistance due to discharged battery, the client will assume all the expenses incurred (crane, operator displacement, etc.) and the vehicle will only be replaced if there is availability. Said substitution (if possible) will be carried out in our offices, with an extra charge of €50 for delivery of the vehicle outside of them.
In the event that there are no vehicles available to make the change, the customer will have to wait the necessary time for the complete recharge of the battery. Traveling to our offices is your responsibility and risk.
Upon return of the vehicle, it must have a minimum of 20% battery. Otherwise, a charge of €50 will be made.

In cases where a vehicle included in Categories j,k,k2,g,g2,vv,m, 2,3,4,5 is rented, General rental and insurance conditions will apply, plus the following specific conditions:
The client must check the hood and structure of the Jeep, Suzuki, Mehari object of rent, confirming its perfect state of conservation and operation.
The client is aware and accepts that:
Any damage or loss caused to the hood or its structure, whether accidental or intentional, is not included in any type of insurance; so you must pay in full for its repair or replacement (if it cannot be repaired).
Due to its configuration, it is likely that any damage to the metal structure will require its total replacement given the inexistence of loose parts. Damage to the canvas cannot be repaired, so the damaged and/or lost part or parts will be replaced.
The charge for damage or loss of the hood or its components may amount to up to €2,500 according to the published “Damage and Loss Rate”.
The client will receive from the company the corresponding instructions to fold or unfold the hood. In case of doubt, once the rental has started, he should go to the nearest office of the company, where he will receive help to carry out the operation.
VEHICLE DELIVERIES:
At the time of delivery and return, the company undertakes to carry out a review of the condition of the vehicle if the consumer requests it, as well as to request a copy of the part of the delivery of the vehicle, with its details, if the client requests it. request.

THE INTERNATIONAL DRIVING LICENSE WILL BE MANDATORY FOR NON-EU MEMBER COUNTRIES.
Minimum rental one day. One day is understood as 24 hours from the time of rental or from the time chosen in the reservation.
The lessee declares to be in possession of the corresponding driving license for the rented vehicle.

THE MAXIMUM PERIOD FOR THE PROCESSING OF CLAIMS WILL BE 30 DAYS FROM THE PROVISION OF THE SERVICE.
